Student Teaching Handbook
*Candidate(s) means teacher candidate(s). The term candidate is used throughout this handbook to refer to teacher education students; the term student refers to public school students. The use of these terms more clearly allows distinction between university students and public school students. Use of the term(s) is also aligned with terminology of the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) and the Kentucky Teacher Standards (KTS).
